Author's Bio

Dr. Michael A. Brown has researched and instructed Christians in matters of family life for over thirty years. He has conducted numerous seminars and workshops, each designed to offer a hands-on approach to improving relationships. Because of his extensive background in urban ministry, he is sensitive to the unique struggles of building families in troubled communities. Additionally, his thirty-one years of marriage and family life have provided him with the experience necessary to maintain a realistic approach to this subject matter.

Dr. Brown and his wife, Linda, have three children. He lives in Huntsville, Alabama, where he is employed as a Senior Minister of the Westview Church of Christ and as a Senior System Consultant for NASA—Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville. Dr. Brown is a graduate of Harding Graduate School of Religion.
